Thank you for purchasing from BABYZELL LTD. As we provide custom digital content, our refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of our services.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the digital and personalized nature of AI-generated images, we cannot offer refunds once the order has been completed and delivered.

2. Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • You were charged twice for the same order
  • Your order was not delivered within 7 business days
  • There was a verified technical issue that prevented fulfillment

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your order at contact@babyzell.site with your order number and a brief explanation. We review all requests case-by-case.
